What is Asana?

Asana is a project management tool that enables users to work together on tasks and projects. It is a tool that is cloud-based and accessible from anywhere, with capabilities like job delegation, file sharing, and real-time updates.

Asana is a collaborative project and task management solution that enables users to work efficiently between cross-functional teams. With Asana’s template library, it is now simple and quick to create, track and manage projects.

What Is Dark Mode?

The dark mode is a setting that can be applied to software, websites, and mobile applications that change the color scheme to one that is easier on the eyes. This setting is often used in low-light situations or at night.

How Does Asana Dark Mode Work?

When the dark mode is turned on, Asana’s UI changes from white to a dark grey color. It could be feasible to avoid digital eye strain by doing this and reducing the quantity of blue light produced by the screen.

How to Enable Asana Dark Mode?

Step1: Use your preferred browser to launch the Asana web app and log in to your account.

Step 2: Select “My Settings” from the menu by clicking the profile symbol in the top right corner of the app.

Step 3: Under the Display section, the default theme will be enabled as sync with system settings.

Step 4: Select “Dark” from the drop-down menu by clicking the arrow just underneath the Theme section.

Note: If you don’t wish to use the dark mode, you can follow the same steps above and change to light mode anytime.

Why Is Asana Dark Mode Cool?

When using Asana, the dark mode is cool since it may keep you concentrated and productive. The dark color palette helps minimize distractions and improve concentration. The dark mode option might also lessen the strain on your eyes when using a computer.

Enable Asana Dark Mode to enhance your eye health. It has been proven that both blue light and high-exposure lighting can impact your sleep quality, which can make you feel fatigued during the day or cloudy while trying to fall asleep.

Darkening the app’s UI can make it feel more like a work environment, and less designed to serve as a productivity tool. Scientific studies have also shown that blue light from the phone can suppress melatonin, a hormone in your body that helps you fall asleep. The light spectrum of the phone can also negatively affect your circadian rhythm, which is the trick your body uses to set its internal clock.
