What are Workflows?

Workflows are a collection of actions and steps that are carried out when someone is engaged in a given work or task. They are typically triggered by an event and reflect a series of actions or events that must be completed to finish the job or task.

This function boosts team productivity and collaboration. There are two types of workflows: those that are “named” that are set up for certain projects or tasks, and those that are “unnamed.” Furthermore, an “Unnamed” workflow is automatically re-used for each subsequent task or job, ensuring consistency in your team’s workflow while still keeping a process for all tasks and jobs.

Steps to Customize Workflow on Monday Work Management

The Workflow on Monday Work Management feature is designed to assist in management. The user can set up their workflow projects (projects are self-directed, often created with the help of a team) to schedule and track tasks of different types across the workweek. This can be done with the help of the following steps:

Step 1:

The first step is to go to your profile icon and Click on the Workflows option. Ref. Img. Below:

Workflows on Monday Work Management – In Summary

If the goal is to get your project or everyday tasks done in the “life-hacking” way, then Monday Work Management is the answer to help you achieve that goal by phasing workflow daily to make the transition easy.

Based on your workflow, Monday Work Management was designed to help automate tasks that you do each day on your laptop as well as provide a supportive workflow for your teams and teammates.

Monday Work Management identifies each of the tasks you plan to perform that is within the same day’s workflow. It also automatically cycles the daily task to the next day after you finish your current task.

By ensuring you do the tasks that your team needs each day, the end result is that the team will have fewer conflicts and fewer issues to resolve each day.

This is the process of making sure your tasks are scheduled, so the things you decide to work on with your team are done on time and are visible and understood.
