FAQsCan I pay for a teams plan by bank transfer or check?
We accept only card payments for our monthly business plans. If you commit to the entire year, you can pay by bank transfer or check. As an added bonus, we offer further discounts for clients who want to pay annually. Get in touch with sales@simonsezit.com to find out more.
How do I allocate access to my team?
You will receive a unique URL loaded with credits for the number of licenses you have paid for. Each student needs to register an account for themselves using your unique URL. Please note, this email can take about 10-15 minutes to arrive following purchase.
Once you reach the number of unique uses, you will need to purchase more credits.
What if someone leaves? Can I use their credit for someone else?
You can replace up to 10% of your licenses each month. For example, if you have a 50 user pack, this means you can replace up to 5 users each month. Just get in touch with sales@simonsezit.com and tell us which users you would like to remove. The credits will then be added to your account.
What if we don't need the full library. Can it be cheaper?
No, our teams pricing model is fixed for overall simplicity. We keep it simple so every organization can benefit from the depth and breadth of a full course library – available at the click of a button. We do offer more bespoke packages for your LMS – please contact sales@simonsezit.com for these.
Do you offer any analytics, usage data or admin dashboard for small business plans?
No, if you need analytics, we suggest you add our courses to your learning management system (LMS). We can provide SCORM files to support this integration. Get in touch with sales@simonsezit.com to find out more.
We really need analytics. What are our options?
Your best route is to acquire an LMS, and we can load the files in there. This requires a bit more detail, so please contact sales@simonsezit.com for more information. Our team also has LMS partners we can suggest.
How do I cancel my teams plan?
Log in to your Simon Sez IT account. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner. From there you can cancel your subscription.
Do you offer SCORM files?
Yes, we have both SCORM files available for most of our courses. This will allow you to add the course into your LMS. Get in touch with us at sales@simonsezit.com to find out more.
What is the minimum term for your teams plans?
Business plans run month to month, so the minimum term is one month. If you require SCORM then the minimum term is 1 year.
I'm interested in adding some of your courses to our LMS, but I have specific needs. Can I create a customized bundle for my organization?
Yes, just get in touch with us at sales@simonsezit.com, and one of our team members will be able to put together a package based on your requirements.
Do you offer online tests or quizzes?
Yes, we offer online tests for most of our courses, including any course published since 2015. The course quizzes/tests can be used as a testing tool independently or paired with a certificate of completion. Certifications are earned by achieving a passing grade of 70 percent or higher.
