You can’t create a Jira chart by default, but it is possible to create a basic Gantt chart and export the list of tasks to the clipboard.
To see a working Gantt chart with a custom task board, you must grant admin permission to create a Jira Tracking Service, and then you can attach task lists.
To configure, open your Jira and click Menu > Settings, which is located in the top right-hand corner. This opens a dialog. At the bottom of the dialog, click “Edit Settings.” In the “Account Management” section, select the account name and “Team Management,” which can create and manage tasks.
