How to Delete a Page in Word Using the Navigation Pane?
One of the easiest ways to remove an unwanted page is to place the cursor at the bottom of the said page and hit Backspace till the page is removed.

If this doesn’t work, go to the View tab and click on the Navigation Pane in the Show section.

Next, move to the Pages section in the Navigation Pane and select the extra page you want to remove from the page thumbnails and hit the Delete key.

How to Delete a Page in the Middle of the Word Document?
Sometimes blank pages can appear suddenly in the middle of the document which will disturb the arrangement of the entire work. To remove this, turn on the Paragraph button to check all the page breaks/linebreaks in the document.

You can do this by clicking on the ¶ icon at the top of the ribbon in the Home Tab or you can also use a keyboard shortcut Control + shift + 8
This will display all of the linebreaks and page breaks in your document, using the ¶ icon.

Now, select all the unwanted linebreaks before the blank page and hit the Delete key. You can also use Backspace to remove them one by one.
How to Delete a Page in Word Using Section Breaks?
If you have added a section break at the end of the document, it may result in creating blank pages at the end of the document.
To view the Section Breaks in your document, go to the View tab and select the Draft mode. This will immediately display all section breaks in the document using dotted lines.

Now directly move your curser just before the section break which is causing the problem and delete it.

Now in case, your section break is in the middle of the document, deleting it can create formatting issues. This is because the content before the section break will take up the formatting of the content after the section break. To avoid this you can set a continuous section break instead of deleting it.
It is easy to change the section break to a continuous section break.
All you need to do is to follow these steps:
Move the cursor to the section break you need to change.
Go to the Layout tab at the ribbon and click on the Page setup dialogue launcher.

In the Section Start drop-down in the Layout tab, switch to Continuous and click OK.
