Is the price I see listed for only one course or for all courses?

Any monthly or annual subscription includes unlimited access to ALL courses including new courses released while subscription is active.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover and AMEX credit cards. We use PayPal as our safe and secure payment processor, however, you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit card. You can also use PayPal to pay using an eCheck. We also accept payment by money orders.

I am a new subscriber - how do I access subscriber only material?

For those of you who prefer written instructions:

To access our online training videos, click on the “Login” icon located in the upper right hand portion of your browser. You can also click here which will take you directly to the login page.

Click on the “Login” button, and once you are successfully logged in you will be automatically directed to the SimonSezIT.com homepage. You can then access any of the course titles including those that are listed on the right hand sidebar (Word 2007, Excel 2007, PowerPoint 2007, Outlook 2007, etc.).

After clicking on a title listed on the right hand sidebar, PowerPoint 2007 for example, you will have all video titles listed for that course. In fact, you are seeing the exact same titles as a non-member, however, your successful login allows access to the all the videos titles.

An alternative way to login is:

Go to your desired course page – let’s assume Outlook 2007. From there, click on any of the links without an asterisk * (these are the subscriber only videos). Let’s assume the “Creating Rules” video located in Chapter 2. After clicking on this video link, the login page will appear if you have not already logged in. Once you are successfully logged on, the video should start automatically, thus eliminating the return to the home page.

How do I upgrade my monthly membership to an annual membership?

  • Go to the member login page: http://www.simonsezit.com/amember/member.php
  • Login to your member page by entering your Simon Sez IT username and password.
  • On the right hand side, you’ll have an option to “Add/Renew Subscription
  • Click on the drop down box and select “Annual Membership to SimonSezIT.com
  • Click the “Order” button
  • Enter your payment information

How do I get the Flash software required to watch your training videos?

The Adobe Flash Player is a free download available at http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/

How do I get the Quicktime Player to view your Introduction to Mac OS 10.5 and Google Docs courses?

The Quicktime Player is a free download available from Apple at: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/

Can I view your online training from any computer?

Any computer with an internet connection can be used.

Do you offer for discounts for non-profits or educational institutions?

Yes, we offer 25% discounts for non-profits, education and government (local, state and federal).

What is your refund policy?

If you are not completely satisfied with our training courses, notify us within 30 days after subscribing and you'll receive a full refund.

How do I cancel my monthly recurring membership?

Login to your account by going to your membership page. Click here
You will be redirected to your membership page. Under "Your payment history", click the "Cancel" link listed under your monthly subscription.
You will be prompted with the following message: "Do you really want to cancel subscription". Click “OK” and you will redirected to PayPal to complete your cancellation.

Do you offer multi-user accounts?

Will your videos work with Mac computers?

All of our courses are compatible with both Windows (PC) and Mac computers.
